
Nika Megutnishvili
Director
Nika is a risk professional with public pension and fixed income research experience. He previously held several roles in the Risk Department of the Pension Agency of Georgia. Earlier, he worked as a Fixed Income Research Analyst at Georgia’s leading investment bank, Galt & Taggart, and served as a consultant to the World Bank.
Nika holds a master’s degree in economics from ISET with concentrations in Financial Economics and Data Science, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ilia State University. He also pursued advanced studies in economic modeling at the University of Surrey and Babeș Bolyai University.

Mzia Ebralidze
Senior AML/CFT and Sanctions Officer
Mzia Ebralidze joined BOG Asset Management in 2025 as a Senior AML/CFT and Sanctions Officer. In this role, she is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective compliance frameworks related to AML/CFT and international sanctions.
Before joining BOG Asset Management, she held the same position at the Bank of Georgia. Mzia also has a solid background in the microfinance sector, with over nine years of experience in financial crime compliance.
Mzia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ilia State University, specializing in Finance and Banking, and has earned relevant certifications in AML and compliance.

Avtandil Purtskhvanidze
Risk Officer
Avtandil Purtskhvanidze is a finance and risk professional with experience across asset management, central banking, and financial consulting. He previously worked as a Bank Supervisor at the National Bank of Georgia, where he focused on credit, model, and capital adequacy risks for a systemic bank. Earlier, Avtandil served as a Financial Risk Specialist at KPMG Georgia, specializing in IFRS 9 model validation and quantitative credit risk analysis for leading financial institutions in Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University (ISET), where he graduated as Valedictorian, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tbilisi State University. Avtandil also participated in academic exchange programs in Spain, Lithuania, and Hungary over three semesters.

Ani Mikadze
Investment Officer
Ani is a finance professional specializing in valuation, financial modeling, and market research. She previously worked as an Advisor in Transactions & Corporate Finance at EY-Parthenon Georgia, delivering business and real-estate valuations, impairment testing, feasibility studies, and buy-/sell-side support. Earlier, Ani held finance and analytical roles at TBC, GEPHA and PepsiCo Georgia.
Ani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in Finance from the Free University of Tbilisi (ESM).

Natia Abramishvili
Valuation Officer
Natia is an experienced banking professional with extensive expertise in correspondent banking, payment systems, and global depositary and asset management services, including securities custody and safekeeping. She began her career in 2014 at Bank of Georgia and has steadily progressed to her current position as Head of Correspondent Banking Services and Sanctions Screening Unit. In this capacity, she oversees SWIFT and RTGS payments, correspondent banking operations, and sanctions screening processes, ensuring operational excellence and full regulatory compliance.
Previously, Natia played a pivotal role in establishing specialized depositary functions for the Pension Agency of Georgia, leading the design, implementation, and management of processes that were introduced to the Georgian market for the first time.
Natia holds both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Economics from Tbilisi State University, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to professional excellence.
