Whether you are our customer, employee, or other related party, if you believe that a violation of law, your rights, ethical principles, or any other misconduct has occurred, you may submit an anonymous report through the Whistleblowing system.

We will review each case carefully and, through joint efforts, strive to improve and maintain a safe, secure, and fair environment.

In what cases should you submit an anonymous report?

You may contact the Anonymous Whistleblowing System if you believe that there is or has been:

  • Violation of human rights, discrimination, harassment, violence, or unfair treatment;
  • Fraud, corruption, and/or conflict of interest;
  • Violation of ethical principles and/or professional conduct standards;
  • Threats to life or health, or other similar misconduct

How to submit an anonymous report?

  • Call us at 4004 and leave a voice message.

You can submit a report using both a computer and a smartphone. When submitting a report, you will receive a personal code that allows you to track your submitted messages and any responses.

How reliable is the Whistleblowing System?

The Whistleblowing System is fully confidential. The communication process is managed by a neutral third party, which is WhistleB, the company behind Whisteblowing.
